Service standard note

The tasks below reflect the daily cleaning outcomes required by GYG for this venue and are expected to be completed each service unless otherwise specified. Prime Venue Services has cleaned these venues previously, so we have included practical tips, example methods, and optional training material that may assist in understanding the venue and achieving the required standard. These materials are provided for guidance purposes only and are not intended to direct how the work must be performed. You remain responsible for determining the methods, equipment, products, and sequence of work you use to achieve the required outcome.

The checklist and tick boxes are provided for your own convenience to help track your own progress during the clean and to confirm the required venue outcomes have been completed. The form also allows any issues, maintenance concerns, damages, stock shortages, or other relevant site information to be noted and communicated to Prime Venue Services and/or GYG where required. Prime Venue Services does not direct how the work is carried out or monitor the specific methods used to complete the service. Service quality is assessed periodically through overall venue inspections conducted by Prime Venue Services and/or GYG to confirm the required cleaning standard is being achieved and maintained.
